


ABOUT STEVE
With over 13 years of coaching experience, Coach Steve has climbed the ranks to become a well-known and respected coach not only in the US but in his home country of Ireland.
Coach Steve started coaching at his local boyhood club of Bonegee, where he was entrusted with the youth program. He then went on to coach at the senior level for the Donegal Junior League Team and Downtown United in his home town of Letterkenny.
Coach Steve then turned his attention back to youth soccer. Working alongside some of the top coaches in Ireland, he soon shot through the ranks at the Football Association of Ireland becoming the assistant regional development officer for Donegal and the head of the FAI summer soccer programs. Coach Steve also worked at the academy level in Ireland with the U17 & U19 teams at Finn Harps before coming to America in 2014.
In the US, Coach Steve has been a coach with UK Elite Soccer, a Regional Director and coach with Youth Elite Soccer, and is the Varsity coach at Archbishop Stepinac High School. He has worked as the Women's Goalkeeper Coach at the University of Bridgeport and the Men's Goalkeeper Coach at Iona College before taking his current position of Girls' Scouting Director and Coach at New York Soccer Club.
